Represented U.S. leading transportation solutions provider in a patent infringement matter involving various aspects of the E-ZPass™ electronic toll collection system, and obtained a favorable settlement on its behalf. Settled electronic component patent infringement suit after a district court awarded an eight-figure award for the plaintiff, then Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit reversed the decision and remanded it to the district court

Served as an arbitrator on a complex copyright infringement suit involving computer software and accounting
