CR Partner Elected Delegate to Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates and Vice President of Bar Association of Lehigh County

Caesar Rivise Partner James J. Kozuch was re-elected to serve a three year term as a Delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association (“PBA”) House of Delegates representing Zone 2, which comprises Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Carbon, and Schuylkill Counties. The House of Delegates is the body charged with setting the policy of the PBA. Delegates vote on matters affecting the substance and administration of PBA policy, and on amendments to the Articles of Incorporation or the Bylaws. This re-election follows Mr. Kozuch’s first one year term as delegate to the PBA House of Delegates.

Mr. Kozuch was also elected Vice President of the Bar Association of Lehigh County (“BALC”) in January of this year. Mr. Kozuch previously served as Secretary of the Board of Directors to the BALC, which provides services and assistance to Lehigh County’s lawyers and community with its Lawyer Referral Service, Lehigh Law Journal publication, Continuing Legal Education programs, and many other programs and activities.
