Martin L. Faigus
Senior Counsel, Philadelphia
For over 30 years, Mr. Faigus has assisted national and international companies in protecting their intellectual property. His practice includes the preparation and prosecution of United States and international patent and trademark applications, transactional matters involving intellectual property rights and litigation of intellectual property matters. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a past member of The Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association. Prior to joining the firm in 1983, Mr. Faigus was Senior Patent Counsel for Scott Paper Company and a former Patent Examiner.
