Allison White Awarded First Place in PA Bar Association Writing Competition

Congratulations to Caesar Rivise, PC’s Allison White, who was awarded first place in a writing competition held by the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Allison was the 2020 winner of this annual competition for second- and third-year law students to express in writing their insight and knowledge in the areas of patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or trade dress. The winning paper was entitled, “DO TRADEMARK LITIGANTS GET THEIR DAY IN COURT? THE PRECLUSIVE EFFECT OF ITC TRADEMARK DETERMINATIONS IN THE U.S.DISTRICT COURT SYSTEM.”
Allison is a 2020 graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a registered patent agent. She is currently working part-time at the firm while preparing for the Pennsylvania Bar Exam scheduled for September 2020.
