Allison White to be Featured Speaker on Trademarks and the International Trade Commission

Caesar Rivise, PC’s Allison White will be the featured speaker at the December 15, 2020 virtual meeting of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section.  The topic of Allison’s presentation will be “DO TRADEMARK LITIGANTS GET THEIR DAY IN COURT? THE PRECLUSIVE EFFECT OF ITC TRADEMARK DETERMINATIONS IN THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT SYSTEM.”  Earlier this year, Allison was awarded first place in a writing competition held by the IP Law Section for a paper on the same topic.
