Caesar Rivise Attorneys Admitted to Practice in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania

Caesar Rivise attorneys James Kozuch and Leah George were admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania during a virtual admission ceremony before the Honorable Stephanie L. Haines on April 5, 2023. The recent admission will enable both Leah and James to represent clients in the Western District, the federal trial court that encompasses the Pennsylvania cities of Johnstown, Pittsburgh, and Erie. In addition to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, both Leah and James are admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and in the Pennsylvania courts. James is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
