Caesar Rivise Promotes Rising IP Star Allison Tramontana to Partnership

Caesar Rivise, PC is proud to announce the promotion of Allison R. Tramontana to partner, effective September 1, 2025. Allison has been a valued member of the firm since 2018, and her elevation to partner reflects her outstanding contributions to the firm and the field of intellectual property law.

A registered U.S. patent attorney, Allison brings a dynamic blend of legal acumen and scientific insight to her practice, which spans trademark and copyright law, technology-focused transactions, and IP litigation. She has represented clients in matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Federal Courts, and regularly advises on brand strategy, licensing, and enforcement.

Allison earned her J.D. from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Scholar, served on the boards of the Environmental Law Journal and Intellectual Property Society, and won Best Brief in the 2018 Reimel Moot Court Competition. She holds a B.A. in Nonfiction Writing from the University of Pittsburgh, with minors in Chemistry and Political Science, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Her thought leadership has been featured in The Legal Intelligencer, where she has written on emerging topics such as NFTs, metaverse trademarks, and USPTO policy changes. She currently serves as President-Elect of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association (PIPLA) and has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in both 2024 and 2025.
