CR Partner Appointed as a Delegate to Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates and Elected Secretary of Board of Directors of Bar Association of Lehigh County

Congratulations are in order for Caesar Rivise Partner James J. Kozuch. Mr. Kozuch was appointed as a Delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association (“PBA”) House of Delegates representing Zone 2, which comprises Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Carbon, and Schuylkill Counties. The House of Delegates is the body charged with setting the policy of PBA. Delegates vote on matters affecting the substance and administration of PBA policy, and on amendments to the Articles of Incorporation or the Bylaws. Earlier this year, Mr. Kozuch was elected Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of Lehigh County.
