Mr. Slomowitz’s practice consists primarily of patent prosecution, infringement, validity and right-to-use studies in the fields of complex electronics, computer systems, computer software, telecommunications, control systems, RFID, information technology, electronic commerce (including Internet-based business methods), medical devices, mechanical systems and devices. Prior to attending Temple University Law School, he worked as a flight controls engineer at Boeing Helicopters on a fly-by-light Blackhawk helicopter research program (ADOCS Project) and the V-22 Osprey Tiltrotor Program. Mr. Slomowitz is a co-inventor of crib gate position indicators, the subject of U.S. Patent Nos. 5,629,623; 5,757,274; 6,225,913; 6,433,699; 6,476,724; 6,710,717; and 6,737,982.
