50-Year Anniversary of Manny Pokotilow

We’re pleased to announce Manny Pokotilow’s 50th anniversary with the firm. Manny has made numerous contributions to the firm, including serving as its Managing Partner for more than 20 years, from 1990 through 2012. Under his direction and guidance the firm grew and prospered.
Manny also has made numerous contributions to the Philadelphia Bar, including being a member of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association and past President of the Historical Society for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Manny also was the founder of the Philadelphia Bar Association Charity Race and has worked with many individuals in planning and running this yearly event for 36 years. The Charity Race has raised in excess of $3,000,000 for charities, including funds for the operation of the Support Center for Child’s Advocates.
Manny also has been recognized as a distinguished member both of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Association (PIPLA). He has been recognized as an outstanding lawyer by Chambers U.S.A. and for the past 5 years as one of the top 10 lawyers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by Super Lawyers. He also is a frequent lecturer on a variety of IP-related issues, having delivered in excess of 50 lectures in his career. Manny was just granted the PIPLA Distinguished Intellectual Property Practitioner Award for 2015 at its Annual Meeting on May 27th.
