Senior Intellectual Property Advisor

Mark L. Rodgers brings more than 35 years of intellectual property experience spanning private practice, corporate leadership, and strategic IP management. As a registered patent agent, he assists clients with patent procurement, patent portfolio development, technology assessment, intellectual property strategy, and related patent matters.

In addition to his professional work, Mark has been active in intellectual property policy and advocacy. He served on the Board of Directors of the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO), working with industry leaders and policymakers on issues affecting the U.S. intellectual property system, including efforts supporting enactment of the America Invents Act.
